Ingredients to make Chilli Paneer Paratha:
- Wheat flour: 1 cup
- Garlic: 6-7 cloves
- Green chilli: 5-6
- Peanuts: 2 teaspoons
- Cumin: 2 teaspoons
- Paneer: about 100 grams (grated)
- salt as per taste
- finely chopped coriander
- desi ghee
How to make Chilli Paneer Paratha:
- First, heat one spoon desi ghee or oil in a pan.
- When the ghee becomes hot, add cumin seeds, whole garlic cloves, whole green chillies and peanuts.
- Fry it on medium flame for 3-4 minutes and then turn off the gas.
- Crush this mixture lightly and coarsely.
- Put flour in a large bowl. Add coarse mixture, grated cheese, finely chopped coriander, salt as per taste and one spoon desi ghee.
- Knead the dough well by adding lukewarm water little by little. Keep the dough neither too soft nor too hard.
- Cover it and let it set for 5-10 minutes.
- After it sets, make small balls from the dough and roll them into the shape of parathas.
- Bake these parathas in desi ghee and serve hot.
