A Kerala court has sentenced a 24-year-old girl to death for murdering her lover. This murder took place two years ago in the year 2022. Neyyattinkara Additional District Sessions Court on Monday sentenced Grisma to death and his uncle Nirmalkumar Nair to three years in jail.
Grishma wanted to break the relationship with that young man. Asked to delete scenes of special moments from lover’s phone. In the court, Grishma demanded reduction in the punishment saying that she had not committed any crime during or before her studies. She also said that she is the only daughter of her parents. He should be given less punishment.
In the 586-page judgment, the court said that the crime is so serious that there is no need to consider the age of the accused. In the year 2022, Grishma murdered his lover Sharon Raj. Sharon Raj was a native of Parasala village in Thiruvananthapuram district. Grishma poisons Sharon with the help of her uncle. Sharon was pushing Grishma. Grishma’s marriage was fixed somewhere else. The court held Grishma’s uncle guilty of aiding and abetting the destruction of evidence. Grishma called Sharon to his house a month before their wedding and poisoned her with Ayurvedic medicine. After leaving the house, Grishma started feeling restless and vomited a lot that night. He died during treatment in the hospital. Before his death he suspected that Grishma had poisoned him.
