But he got only half the seats. As per the new railway rules, RAC will provide passengers a packaged bedroll, which will contain two bedsheets, a blanket, a pillow and a towel. Till now, passengers with RAC tickets had to travel on half the seats in the adjacent lower berth. Had to share the seat with another person. But now passengers will get seats with full set.
