When Coldplay announced their Mumbai concert as part of their Music of the Spheres World Tour, excitement danced through fans across the city and beyond!

Scheduled for January 18, 19, and 21, 2025, at D.Y. Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, the British Band’s concert is expected to draw thousands of attendees. If you’re among them, here’s your ultimate guide to reaching the venue with no hassle.

By train

One of the most convenient ways to reach D.Y. Patil Stadium is by suburban local train. Whether you’re coming from South Mumbai, the Western Suburbs, or Thane, you can take a train to Nerul or Juinagar, the nearest stations to the venue.

Special Coldplay trains: To make travel easier for fans, Indian Railways, in collaboration with BookMyShow Live, has arranged special Full Tariff Rate (FTR) local trains between Goregaon and Nerul on all three concert days.

Departure from Goregaon: 2:00 PM

Arrival at Nerul: 3:23 PM

January 21:

The trains will make stops at major stations, including Bandra, Andheri, Wadala Road, Chembur, and Juinagar. Round-trip tickets for these special trains are priced at ₹500 and can be booked on the BookMyShow app.

For regular train travellers: You can take a train from your nearest station and get down at Juinagar or Nerul Railway Station.

Juinagar Railway Station: Closest to gates 2, 3, 4, and 5 of the stadium.

Nerul Railway Station: Closest to gates 6, 7, 8, and 9.

By bus

City Engineer Shirish Aradwad shared, “We have ensured parking for around 500 four-wheelers across these locations, keeping in mind the large crowd expected each day.”
