Mumbai: In one of the largest luxury real estate transactions of the year, a triplex apartment on the 15th floor of Signature Island, located in the upscale Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Bandra (East), Mumbai, has been sold for a staggering Rs 99 crore.
According to registration documents accessed by IndexTap.com, the apartment was sold by Sunteck Realty Ltd to GECOM International Pvt Ltd. The agreement for the sale was registered on January 10, 2025, with a stamp duty of Rs 5.94 crore paid on the transaction.
Spanning an expansive built-up area of 17,742 sq. ft., the premium property comes with 10 dedicated car parking spaces. The per square foot price for the transaction stands at an impressive Rs 55,800.
