Saif Ali Khan Attack: This morning, we all woke up with the shocking news that actor Saif Ali Khan has been rushed to a hospital after he was attacked by a burglar at his house in Bandra last night. Reportedly, the actor has multiple injuries, and he has also been stabbed. According to the statement of Dr Niraj Uttamani, COO of Lilavati Hospital, the actor was brought to the hospital at 3 am by his son Taimur Ali Khan and their caretaker.
While a video of Kareena Kapoor Khan from last night has gone viral on social media in which she is seen panicking, now Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan has reached the hospital to check on their father’s health. The two are seeing rushing into the hospital after getting out from the car. However, with them Saif’s ex-wife Amrita Singh is not there.
A statement from Saif’s team read, “There was an attempted burglary at Mr Saif Ali Khan’s residence during which he was attacked and has suffered some injuries. He is currently in hospital undergoing a surgery. We request the media and fans to be patient. It is a police matter. We will keep you updated on the situation.”
Filmmakers Siddharth Anand and Jay Shewakramani also reached the hospital this morning. The two are close firneds of the actor, and they have also worked with each other.
There were reports that Kareena Kapoor Khan was not present in the house during the incident as an Insta story of Karisma Kapoor hints that they were having a girls night out along with Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor. However, a statement of Kareena’ team says that everyone was in the house during the incident.
No one from the family has spoken to media yet, but a lot of celebs like Pooja Bhatt, Jr NTR, Chiranjeevi, and others have reacted about the incident on social media.
