If you are short of time and want to make something special at home, then definitely note down this quick Shahi Paneer recipe. It will neither take much time to make nor will it require many materials.

Material:

  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • 1 spoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 8-10 garlic cloves
  • 2 dried red chillies
  • 2-3 finely chopped onions
  • 2-3 chopped tomatoes
  • ginger pieces
  • 10-12 cashews
  • Turmeric (as per taste)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Paneer (depending on size)
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 pinches sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Kasoori Methi
  • finely chopped coriander
  • 1 cup fresh malai or cream

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, put oil and butter in a pan and heat it.
  2. Add cumin seeds and crackle, then add garlic and dry red chilli.
  3. Add ginger pieces and finely chopped onions and fry well.
  4. When the onion is lightly roasted, add chopped tomatoes, turmeric and salt to it and fry well.
  5. Now add cashew nuts also.
  6. Wash the cheese thoroughly and cut it into desired shapes.
  7. When all the spices are roasted well, turn off the gas.
  8. Add some water to the grinder and grind this mixture.
  9. Add some more oil and butter in the pan, then add the prepared paste and fry on high flame.
  10. After frying for 5-7 minutes, add garam masala.
  11. Then add sugar, kasoori fenugreek and finely chopped coriander.
  12. Finally add cheese and serve hot.

Now your instant shahi paneer is ready! Serve it with roti, naan or paratha and delight your family and guests.
