Indian team’s opening batsman Smriti Mandhana scored an explosive century during the third ODI match against Ireland on Wednesday. Mandhana scored this century in just 70 balls. With this, Smriti Mandha has become the Indian woman player to score the fastest century. Mandhana has also achieved a big achievement with this century innings. She became the fourth player to score 10 or more centuries in women’s ODI cricket.

Meg Lanning holds the record for most centuries in women’s ODI cricket. He has scored 15 centuries. Suzie Bates is second with 13 centuries and Tammy-Mandhana has 10 centuries each.

Harmanpreet scored a century in 87 balls against South Africa in Bengaluru last year.
