Rs. 5,400/month in 2008
He pointed out that his journey wasn’t easy, but with consistency, he grew up to secure a rewarding position in the industry and receive handsome pay.
His first breakthrough was at a Delhi-based company as a web developer. Here, the salary wasn’t fancy enough. It was 2008 and he would earn Rs. 5,400/month. Six years later, he moved into another company which was his first product-based workplace. And, here, his salary grew significantly and became Rs.8 LPA.
Laid off during pandemic
Narrating his career story further, the man who failed to get into IIT and top tech companies revealed he was laid off during the COVID-19 pandemic. But he kept constantly upskilling himself to grab a better job in future.
Now earns a handsome salary of Rs. 50 LPA
He then manifested a salary of Rs.50 LPA, which came with 10 years of experience in the IT industry. “Today I am drawing a handsome salary & happy with that”, he wrote.
Currently, he is an active content creator with engineer lecture-based videos on YouTube and career advice on Instagram and LinkedIn. “I never gave up…I meticulously tracked every step of my journey – successes, failures, and lessons – using detailed Excel sheets”, Saini concluded his post.
