Effect of calories on weight

– If you want to lose weight then you have to reduce your calorie intake. For weight loss, it is advisable to reduce calories while maintaining a healthy balance so that the body gets the necessary nutrients.

At the same time, if your weight is very low and you want to increase it, then you need to increase the calorie intake. For this, healthy food with high calories can be taken.
