The wildfire broke out towards residential areas of Los Angeles late Friday night, causing panic. Firefighters urged about 30,000 people to leave Pacific Palisades immediately for safety. Before the California wildfires, the National Weather Service issued a severe fire warning for much of Los Angeles County from January 7 to January 9.
Ventura County serves more than 60 fire brigades
Fire has engulfed 50 acres in Ventura County; More than 60 fire brigade companies have been sent to extinguish it. Apart from Ventura County, there is also a fire in Kenneth, which has spread to 800 acres. Los Angeles County Fire Protection Chief Anthony Marone also dismissed reports that there was a shortage of water to extinguish the fire. “I have reports that the Los Angeles County Fire Department is experiencing water shortages due to this fire,” he said.
