Now the company’s popular models like C3, Basalt, and Aircross will get a warranty of 3 years or 1,00,000 kilometers. This new step is part of Citroen’s efforts to attract customers and increase showroom visits.
New Standard Warranty: What’s New?

- Standard warranty of 3 years or 1,00,000 kms (whichever is earlier).
- This new warranty will be applicable to all Citroën vehicles with immediate effect.
- The eC3 electric crossover is not part of this policy.
- Transferable Warranty:
- This warranty is transferable to another owner.
- This will increase the resale value of the vehicle and make the process hassle-free.
- Complementary Road Side Assistance (RSA):
- Customer will get free RSA to resolve on-road issues.
- Protection against manufacturing and material defects:
- Customers will be protected against manufacturing defects and poor quality materials.
