Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur has canceled the District Court and District Legal Services Authority Class IV Recruitment 2019. Advertisement for this recruitment process was released on 6 November 2019. Under the recruitment, appointments were to be made on office peon and equivalent posts.
reason for cancellation
Rajasthan High Court issued a notice stating that:
- This recruitment could not start due to unavoidable reasons.
- Since the advertisement of recruitment, there have been several changes in the reservation rules related to Persons with Disabilities, EWS, Excellent Sportsmen, and Ex-Servicemen categories.
- In the absence of compliance with the new rules, it is not possible to complete the recruitment process.
As a result:
It has been decided to cancel the recruitment process.
Application Fee Refund Process
- The High Court has said that the application fee will be refunded.
- A notice regarding fee refund will be issued soon on the official website of Rajasthan High Court.
- Candidates are advised to check the website regularly.
