The game had to be shifted from Kolkata since the Police would not be able to send adequate personnel owing to the Gangasagar Mela. However, just 72 hours remain for the biggest match in Indian football, yet there are no signs of tickets going on sale.
BookMyShow the official ticket distributor of the Indian Super League (ISL) matches remained mum over the sale of the tickets. With no news about the distribution of tickets, fans will find it hard to make their way to Guwahati.

Problems for fans over non-release of tickets
Not only the fans will have to book the tickets, then they will also have to go to collect them from the offline counters. This will also have to book train tickets for Guwahati and for the fans of both clubs, it is now a race against time to get their arrangements done.
What does the Kolkata Derby mean for Mohun Bagan and East Bengal?
Mohun Bagan is currently the table toppers with 32 points from 14 games. On the other hand, their arch-rivals East Bengal lie 11th in the standings with 14 points from equal games.
Mohun Bagan will head into the Kolkata derby in red-hot form having won eight out of their last ten matches. The Mariners have also never lost to their city rivals in the ISL and would look to keep that run going.
