New Zealand has recently made significant changes to visa rules. According to reports, the New Zealand government has reduced the work experience requirement for tourists from three years to two years. With this decision, capable workers will be able to easily get employment in New Zealand and they will also be able to fulfill the required qualifications for their post. According to reports, the new rules are also expected to be of great help to Indian tourists looking for jobs in New Zealand.

In particular, amid a shortage of skilled workers in the labor market, New Zealand has made significant changes to its visa and employment requirements to make immigration operations more efficient. These changes aim to ease the immigration path for both employees and employers with work experience criteria, salary adjustments and visa duration adjustments. Two new ways of living in New Zealand were also introduced

The country has also introduced two new ways for seasonal workers to stay in New Zealand. There is a three-year multiple-entry visa for experienced seasonal workers and a seven-month single-entry visa for low-skilled workers. These new routes are designed to meet the needs of seasonal workers. In addition, the New Zealand Government has also removed the average salary criteria for the Accredited Employer Work Visa and the Specific Purpose Work Visa. Under the new rules, although employers will be required to announce job openings and pay as per the market rate for the role and location, they will no longer be required to impose predetermined pay scales.
