An accident occurred with a KSRTC bus in Mundakkayam in Idukki district of Kerala. Four passengers died and many others were injured when a bus full of passengers fell into a ditch. There were 34 passengers and three employees in the accident bus. All the passengers were residents of Mavelikkara area. The KSRTC bus was returning to Mavelikara from Thanjavur in Tamil Nadu.
The accident happened at 6 in the morning
Importantly, three people, including a woman, were killed and several others were injured when a government bus fell into a ravine near Pullupara in the hill district on Monday, police said. He said the bus was returning to Mavelikara in Alappuzha district after a trip to Thanjavur in Tamil Nadu with 34 passengers. It has come to light that the accident happened at around 6 in the morning. Rescue operation has been started after the incident.
