MP: CM Mohan Mohan Yadav Inaugurates Raahgiri Utsav In Ujjain; Attends Guru Ardas At Gurudwara Sahib | X / Mohan Yadav
Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh): Chief Minister Mohan Yadav inaugurated the Raahgiri Utsav in Ujjain by lighting a ceremonial lamp on Sunday. At the event, he flagged off the ‘Good for Health’ marathon at Mungi Square.
Speaking to the media, CM Yadav encouraged people to start doing daily morning walks and yoga for a healthier lifestyle. He emphasised, “The greatest joy is a healthy life. We should all pledge to prioritise fitness and well-being to enjoy the fullness of life.”

CM Yadav also actively participated in the celebrations by singing devotional songs, engaging in arm wrestling, and even riding a horse to greet the public. He extended his wishes to the people of Ujjain for the upcoming Makar Sankranti festival.

The event witnessed the participation of thousands, including notable figures like MLA Anil Jain Kaluheda, Municipal Chairperson Kalavati Yadav, and other public representatives.
CM Visits Gurudwara Sahib, Attends Guru Ardas

Earlier on Sunday, CM Mohan Yadav visited the Gurudwara Sahib at Doodh Talai in Ujjain at around 7:30 am. He participated in the Nishan Sahib service, bowed before the Guru Granth Sahib, and joined the Guru Ardas prayer.
The Sikh community expressed gratitude to CM Yadav for including the heroic tales of Guru Gobind Singh’s four sons (Sahibzadas) in the school curriculum. As a mark of respect, the Sikh community presented him with a traditional ‘Siropha’ and honored him by tying him a ceremonial turban.
MLA Anil Jain Kaluheda, Municipal Chairperson Kalavati Yadav, Surendra Singh Arora from the Sikh community, Granthi Charan Singh Gill, and Iqbal Singh Gandhi were the prominent attendees on the occasion.
