Indian Railways has taken a special initiative for the Mahakumbh Mela starting from January 2025 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Keeping in mind the convenience of pilgrims, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has launched a special ‘Bharat Gaurav Train’ running from Pune to Prayagraj.
This train will operate from 15 January to 23 February 2025 and will provide easy and comfortable travel experience to the passengers attending Maha Kumbh.
