Four-Year-Old Girl Raped By Minor Boy

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): In a shocking incident, a four-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a minor boy in Dwarkapuri area, police said on Sunday. The minor boy was detained by the police after registering an FIR against him. ACP (Annapurna) Shivendu Joshi told Free Press that the incident took place in Dwarkapuri area on Friday afternoon.

The girl’s parents work somewhere in the area and they had gone to their workplace and the girl and her five-year-old brother were at home when the 17-year-old boy entered the house and sexually assaulted the girl. When the girl cried, the minor boy managed to flee from there. She informed her parents about the incident when they reached home.

Later, the parents reached the police station and lodged a complaint. Joshi further said that after the medical examination of the girl, the minor boy was detained and further investigation is underway. It was found that the boy had told an 11-year-old boy to stand outside the house to watch the situation there.

Three Booked For Assaulting Man For Money

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Three people were booked for assaulting a man for money and posing as crime branch officials, police said on Sunday. According to the police, three people, including a man posing as a crime branch officer, assaulted a person and tried to extort money from him by implicating him in a false case in the Aerodrome area.

A case was registered against Vanshika Verman, Anirudha and Ajay Panwar on the complaint of the victim, Ankush Kumar. He stated that the accused called him on the pretext of taking a franchise of the salon and café on December 24.

They took him to a deserted place in his car and asked him whether he knew Vanshika. When he confirmed that she had taken his franchise earlier, the accused demanded Rs 15 lakh and threatened that Vanshika would file a case against him and send him to jail.

After snatching his mobile phone, one of them, Ajay, claimed that he was from the crime branch. They assaulted him and took him towards court to do the paperwork for the money. Then the victim called his friends on which the accused fled from the scene. The police registered a case against the accused under sections 308(2), 115(2), 296, 351(3), 3(5) of the BNS.

Four Held For Selling Chinese Manjha In Separate Incidents

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Four individuals were arrested in separate incidents for selling banned kite-flying thread Chinese manjha in MG road and Central Kotwali police station areas.

The Chinese manjha is banned in Indore by the commissioner of police, considering the safety of citizens.

According to the police, Vansh Yadav of Marimata was caught selling Chinese manjha near Shastri Market Square on Friday, while Rudhra Gupta of Omaxe City and Arfat Mev of Mewati Mohalla were caught selling the banned material in Nayapura Gali on Saturday.

One Fareedh Khan was also caught on Saturday while selling Chinese manjha on Pathar Godown road. The police registered cases against all the accused under section 223 of the BNS.
