Luxurious homes are becoming increasingly popular as consumers explore diverse investment opportunities in real estate. Krunal Patil, President of CREDAI Nashik Metro, stated that the ‘Shelter 2024’ home exhibition at Thakkar Estate on Trimbakeshwar Road has received an enthusiastic response.
Highlighting emerging trends, Patil noted that many students from various talukas of Nashik district come to the city for education. Instead of choosing hostels, parents are increasingly opting to purchase flats for their children, which also serve as a future investment. Options such as gated townships, student housing, senior citizen housing and properties with modern amenities are gaining popularity among buyers.
Gaurav Thakkar, Coordinator of ‘Shelter 2024,’ emphasised the advantages of purchasing properties from CREDAI member builders, citing their commitment to quality and credibility under the RERA Act. Even before the law’s implementation, CREDAI Nashik Metro had introduced a model code of conduct for its members, focusing on consumer-oriented issues. This proactive approach has fostered trust in the CREDAI brand among consumers.
Deepak Bagad, Shelter Guide, mentioned that Nashikâs proximity to cities like Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Mumbai via the Samruddhi Highway has increased the influx of customers. Additionally, Nashik’s growth in sectors such as agriculture, health, education, industry, agribusiness, exports and infrastructure has further encouraged large-scale investments in real estate from areas like Khandesh and beyond.
