After the Third Test in Gabba ended in a draw, Team India is sweating it out in the nets to play the Boxing Day Test at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). Ahead of the test, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were spotted spending time together in Melbourne. In a video, going viral on social media, the couple were seen walking on the street.
Anushka is accompanying her husband on the tour and was present in the stands when Kohli ended his long wait for a Test hundred with a century (100 not out) in the first Test of the series in Perth. The couple visited a local cafe-cum-restaurant. Dressed in pink oversized T-shirt and grey jeans, Kohli looked chilled as he also took a picture with the cafe’s chefs.
The Melbourne café expressed gratitude to Virat Kohli and shared how the Indian cricket superstar stepped into the kitchen to personally thank the chefs and pose for photos with them. The post from the cxafe read
“This morning, while we were still debating whether to keep our cafe open on a public holiday, little did we know we were about to have the surreal experience of serving King @virat.kohli @anushkasharma, and the family at our little cafe.Virat Sir was so kind to step into our kitchen, thank chef/s and let us take pictures with him. “
