Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav had to face a massive traffic jam on Sunday night. His convoy remained stuck in the traffic jam for hours on Mahatma Gandhi Bridge. During this, Tejashwi Yadav was seen sitting in the car and spending time on mobile, while the security personnel kept struggling to clear the jam.

Tejashwi Yadav was returning to Patna after attending a program in Hajipur. Meanwhile, there was a jam on Mahatma Gandhi Bridge, due to which his convoy was also affected. The security personnel tried their best to clear the jam, but the jam was so dense that they had to struggle for hours to free the vehicles.

This jam on Mahatma Gandhi Bridge has become a big problem not only for the general public but also for VIPs. This jam is making the commuters going from Hajipur to Patna cry every day. The traffic jam persists from late night till the next afternoon, due to which working people are facing difficulty in reaching their offices on time.
Traffic jam has become a daily problem
According to passers-by, the problem of traffic jam has increased due to the ongoing construction work in Agamkuan area of Patna. The situation worsens at night in the absence of traffic police. Local people have demanded operation of passenger buses and trains through railways on Mahatma Gandhi Setu.
Women and children suffer the most
Children and women are facing a lot of problems due to the jam on the bridge. People are appealing to the district administration to solve this problem and especially take care of the safety and convenience of women and children.
Tejashwi’s sharp attack on Nitish government
Earlier, during the workers’ dialogue program in Bhagalpur, Tejashwi Yadav fiercely attacked the Nitish government. He said,
“The people of Bihar gave a lot of opportunity to Nitish Kumar by making him the Chief Minister for 20 years. But during this period, instead of change, the public got corruption, unemployment and crime.”
Tejashwi further said,
“Sowing the same seed for 20 years destroys the fertility of the land. Now change is necessary for new breed and new crop in Bihar. “With the change of power, new employment opportunities will be created, people will get a crime-free society, and new paths of development will open.”
New thinking and promise of new Bihar
Tejashwi Yadav said that if the government changes, the seeds of new possibilities will be sown in Bihar. This will increase the productivity of the state and a new story of development will be written.
