NTPC Green Energy Ltd, a subsidiary of NTPC Ltd, has signed an important MoU with the Industries Department of the Government of Bihar to promote renewable energy. The agreement was signed during the “Bihar Business Connect 2024” Global Investors Summit in Patna.

The IPO (Initial Public Offering) of NTPC Green Energy was launched on 19 December, in which investors got the opportunity to place bets on it till 22 December. The price band of the IPO was fixed at Rs 102 to Rs 108 per share.

NTPC Green Energy’s IPO was listed with a premium of 3%. The company’s shares saw a rise of up to 10% on the day of listing, which created an atmosphere of excitement among investors.

The total size of this IPO was Rs 10,000 crore. The company issued 92.59 crore shares through this, which were completely fresh issue.
