Importance of bathing in Brahma Muhurta

On these special days of Mahakumbh, taking bath in Brahma Muhurta is considered most auspicious and beneficial. Brahma Muhurta is the time before sunrise, which is ideal for spiritual benefits.

At the time of Brahma Muhurta:

  • January 13 and 14: 5:27 am to 6:21 am.
  • January 29: 5:25 am to 6:18 am.
  • February 3: 5:23 am to 6:16 am.
  • February 12: 5:19 am to 6:10 am.
  • February 26: 5:09 am to 5:59 am.
