Plot
The series follows Millie-Jean Black, who was born in Jamaica and forced out of her position at Scotland Yard. Upon returning to her homeland, Millie decides to pursue a career as a detective and joins the Jamaican Police Force. As part of her new role, she begins investigating cases of missing persons alongside her partner, Curtis.
However, her life takes a dramatic turn when one of their investigations intersects with another case, attracting the attention of Scotland Yard detective Luke Holborn, who comes to Kingston. The unfolding events are revealed throughout the series.
