Atul Subhash, the 34-year-old who took his life after alleged harassment from his wife and family has plunged the general discourse of the Indian society and media into a discussion on alleged miscarriage of justice.

Subhash worked as a senior executive at a renowned company in the IT capital of the country.
Before taking his life, Atul Subash left a 24-page suicide note along with a 1.5-hour-long video in which he spoke extensively about his reasons for the extreme decision. He accused his estranged wife, Nikita Singhania and her family of harassing him with myriad litigations and other beleaguering legal apparatus.
Accenture Locks Account on X
As the debate over the issues rages on, some have focused their attention on the victim’s wife and the company she works for.
Owning to multiple incidents of questions raised against the company, the Irish IT firm has locked out its official X account, blocking others from viewing the posts from the company.
Accenture has been repeatedly tagged in multiple posts on the platform, asking for questions and ‘accountability’. This apparently resulted the company shunning the outside world from its main, international account, which carries a verification badge.
Meanwhile, other accounts associated with the firm, including its Indian account ‘Accenture India’ appears to be open for now, However, these accounts have limited to no activity.
Advocate Ashutosh Dubey of the BJP took to X to raise this issue and highlighted the recent development while asking for accountability from the company.
Accountability From Accenture
In hsi post on X, Dubey said, So Accenture has locked its account in an attempt to avoid addressing the issue with Nikita Singhania. This isn’t just silence; it’s complicity.”
He further added, “We demand justice for Atul Subhash and accountability from @Accenture. Either take action and terminate your employee, or prepare to face the collective voice of the people.”
Further more he added, “Let’s make our voices heard. #JusticeForAtulSubhash.”
An account claiming or indicating to be the one owned and operated by Atul Subhash shared a post in which the author of the post tagged Elon Musk, Donald Trump and said, “@elonmusk @realDonaldTrump @DonaldJTrumpJr @TeamTrump, I will be dead when you will read this. A legal genocide of men happening in India currently.”
It needs to be noted, that this account only joined the platform in November of this year (2025). Atul Subhash Modi who worked for private firm hailed from Uttar Pradesh and claimed that his wife had filed 9 different cases against him and demanded lumpsum amounts from him for alimony.
As per latest reports in the matter, Nikita Singhania and 4 others have been booked by the state police in Karnataka.
