The tradition of Kalpvas has been going on from generation to generation in the families of some devotees, which they follow even today. This is a very strict fast (sadhana performed during Kalpavas). By following this all the wishes are fulfilled.

law of illusion

The truth should be spoken during this ritual. During this time. The seeker should follow celibacy, the seeker should have compassion towards all living beings. One should wake up in Brahma Muhurta. One should take bath in Ganga three times daily. Auspicious works like pindadan, chanting of name, satsang, service to a saint, eating food at one time, sleeping on the ground, fasting and charity etc. should be done.

Also, criticism should be avoided during this time. It is said that living with complete discipline during this period purifies the body, mind and soul. At the same time, unwavering faith and dedication towards God increases.
