Indore (Madhya Pradesh): In the case of fraud with NRI from Russia, Gaurav Ahlawat, the court has ordered police to register case against 10 people including confectionery businessman Sanjay Jeswani on Friday. On behalf of Ahlawat, advocate Ajay Mishra had filed a complaint in the court.
It was alleged that Sanjay Jeswani along with others made fake documents to grab the factory of Ahlawat’s company. After the hearing on Friday, the court ordered Lasudia police to register a case against Sanjay Jeswani, Sanjay Kalwani, Kanchan, Nitin Jeswani, Vijay Jeswani, Dinesh Manwani, Jai Mathe, Sandeep, Nadeem, Neeraj and Yatindra for committing fraud, making fake and forged documents, and tampering.
The court ordered police to submit a copy of the FIR in the court by December 10. Earlier, Ahlawat was booked by Lasudia police for defrauding his partner of Rs 2 crore. At that time, Ahlawat had staged a hunger strike and filed complaints with several police officials, claiming that a confectionery businessman had defrauded him.
He had also appeared in Jan Sunvai and had alleged that he was being framed. According to the police, Kartar Singh, the director of Kamco Chew Food Private Limited, alleged in a complaint that Ahlawat had defrauded him.
Following an investigation, it was found that Ahlawat, founder and shareholder of GRV Company, along with his mother Krishnavanti Ahlawat, colluded with company employees to fraudulently transfer Rs 2 crore from Kamco Chew Food’s registered bank account to Krishnavanti Ahlawat’s bank accounts on August 3.
Based on the investigation, the police registered a case against Gaurav Ahlawat and his mother under sections 316(5), 318(4) and 61(2) of the BNS Act. Further investigations are underway.
