Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A case of vandalism and assault was reported at the car showroom owned by Milind Mahajan, son of former Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan, on Friday night.
The incident occurred under Azad Nagar Police Station jurisdiction, where the showroom’s glass panels were smashed. Also, the showroom’s manager was allegedly manhandled along with Sumitra Mahajan’s grandson Siddharth Mahajan.

The entire episode was captured on CCTV cameras installed at the showroom.
According to the police, an FIR has been registered against Saurabh Karosiya, the son of BJP leader Pratap Karosiya.

The altercation reportedly began when Saurabh visited the car showroom near Chhoti Lakhani Factory on Nemawar Road for vehicle servicing. Saurabh allegedly tried to leave without paying the service bill.
When the showroom staff attempted to stop him, Saurabh, along with his seven associates, allegedly assaulted the employees and vandalized the premises.

The situation escalated further when Sumitra Mahajan’s grandson, Siddharth Mahajan, stepped in to defuse the matter. He was also reportedly manhandled during the scuffle.
Azad Nagar Police Station in-charge Neeraj Medha confirmed the case and stated, “The vehicle owner assaulted the employees over a payment issue. A case has been registered based on the employee’s complaint.”
Further investigations into the incident are underway.
