Who Can Apply:

The university is seeking highly motivated candidates with a proven track record of competence and success. The appointment will be on a tenure or deputation basis.

-Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.

-Experience Requirements: – A minimum of 15 years of experience as an assistant professor at the 11th academic level, or 8 years of experience at the 12th academic level, including roles as an associate professor and in educational administration.

– Candidates with comparable experience in research institutions or other higher education settings are also eligible.

– Applicants with 16 years of administrative experience, including at least 8 years as a deputy registrar or in a similar position at level 12, may also apply.

– Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in managing university examinations.

General Application Instructions:

– The appointment will be for a term of five years, which may be extended for an additional term.

– The university prefers applicants to be below 57 years of age.

– The cutoff date for assessing qualifications and experience will be the application deadline of December 19.

– The application process is fully online.

– Applications will be evaluated based solely on the information and documents submitted. Candidates who provide false or misleading information will be subject to legal action.

– Those currently employed in government or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) must submit a no-objection certificate from their employer. This requirement also applies to individuals serving on boards or autonomous bodies.
