Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya are officially married! The much-awaited wedding took place at the actor’s family-owned Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, a venue deeply significant to the Akkineni family, as it was founded in 1976 by Naga Chaitanya’s legendary grandfather, Akkineni Nageswara Rao.
Nagarjuna shared the first official photos from the wedding with a heartfelt caption, expressing his joy and blessings for the newlyweds. “Watching Sobhita and Chay begin this beautiful chapter together has been a special and emotional moment for me.”
“Congratulations to my beloved Chay, and welcome to the family dear Sobhita—you’ve already brought so much happiness into our lives. This celebration holds even deeper meaning as it unfolds under the blessings of ANR garu’s statue, installed to mark his centenary year. It feels as though his love and guidance are present with us in every step of this journey. I thank the countless blessings showered upon us today with gratitude,” he added.

Sobhita can be seen wearing a golden kanjivaram saree and traditional gold jewellery. Chaitanya, on the other hand, looked handsome in a traditional white outfit.
Earlier, Sobhita shared glimpses from their pre-wedding ceremonies including Mangalasnanam, Haldi ceremony, and Pelli Kuthuru.
Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita were in a relationship for almost two years (2022-2024) before they got engaged earlier this year, which was held at Naga’s father and veteran actor Nagarjuna’s house in the Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Before announcing their engagement, the duo kept their relationship away from the public eye.
Sharing their engagement photos on social media, in a joint post, they wrote, “What could my mother be to yours? What kin is my father to yours anyway? And how did you and I meet ever? Rumours about the romance between Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita began in 2023, a photo went viral where Naga was seen posing with Michelin Star Chef Surender Mohan a London restaurant, while Sobhita was spotted sitting at a table in the background, almost covering her face with her hands. However, the photo was soon deleted.
Later, eagle-eyed fans noticed that the duo had vacationed together and went on a jungle safari. Although they posted different photos from the safari, the similarity of the background in both pictures grabbed attention.
Earlier, Naga Chaitanya talked about starting a new chapter with Sobhita and told ETimes, “I am looking forward to starting a new journey with Sobhita and celebrating life together. I connect deeply with her, she understands me beautifully and fills a void in me. It’s going to be an amazing journey ahead.”
Naga Chaitanya was earlier married to actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu but the couple separated in 2021.
