Honda Car India has launched the 3rd-generation Honda Amaze, making its global debut in India. The new model, which is the first to be introduced in India, comes with upgraded design and features. Priced between Rs 7.99 lakh and Rs 10.89 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Honda Amaze is available at an introductory price for 45 days from the launch.
Honda has introduced the all-new Amaze with a focus on safety, aligning with its global goal of eliminating traffic collision fatalities by 2050. The new Amaze comes with Honda SENSING, a segment-first Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), making it the most affordable ADAS-equipped passenger car in India. Since its debut in 2013, the Amaze has been a key model for Honda, securing the trust of over 5.8 lakh customers across the country and strengthening its position in the compact sedan segment.

Measuring 3995 mm in length, 1733 mm in width, and 1500 mm in height, it offers a balanced stance. The sedan features a 2470 mm wheelbase, providing ample interior space, while its 172 mm ground clearance ensures smooth navigation over varied road conditions. With a boot space of 416 liters and a turning radius of 4.7 meters, the Amaze is practical and manoeuvrable, meeting the diverse needs of Indian customers.

New Honda Amaze features a bold and modern design, highlighted by a signature chequered-flag grille with a chrome upper molding for a premium touch. Enhancing visibility and style, the sedan comes equipped with LED projector headlamps, integrated LED DRLs, turn indicators, and projector fog lamps. Honda Amaze is powered by a refined 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol engine, delivering 90 PS of power at 6,000 rpm and 110 Nm of torque at 4,800 rpm. Buyers can choose between a smooth CVT automatic transmission, offering a fuel efficiency of 19.46 km/l, or a 5-speed manual transmission, which provides an efficiency of 18.65 km/l, as per test data. This combination of performance and efficiency ensures a balanced driving experience for both city and highway conditions.

The newly launched 3rd Generation Honda Amaze is available in three well-equipped trims – V, VX, and ZX – offering both manual and CVT transmission options. Adding to its appeal, the sedan comes in a choice of six vibrant colors, including the newly introduced Obsidian Blue Pearl, along with Radiant Red Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, Golden Brown Metallic, Meteoroid Gray Metallic, and Lunar Silver Metallic.
