Kanpur MP Ramesh Awasthi met Minister of State for Defense Sanjay in Delhi on Friday to soon provide night landing facility at Kanpur Airport and with the start of night service, the pace of development of the industrial city Kanpur will further accelerate. He told that Kanpur Nagar MP Ramesh Awasthi paid a courtesy call on Minister of State for Defense Sanjay Seth in Delhi on Friday. During this, the MP had an in-depth discussion regarding starting the night landing facility of flights at Kanpur Airport and implementing two shifts of Air Traffic Control ATC.
He said that businessmen, industrialists and citizens of Kanpur traveling by air will get great relief. Apart from this, it will also give impetus to the industrial development of Kanpur and improve the connectivity of the city.
Minister of State for Defense Sanjay Seth assured MP Ramesh Awasthi that these demands will be immediately acted upon and necessary steps will be taken to operationalize the night landing facility as soon as possible. Apart from this, there was also a me.ngful discussion between the two leaders on other development works related to Kanpur. Shri Awasthi described this meeting as positive and useful.
