By winning the Perth Test, the Indian team has taken a 1-0 lead in the series. Now it is the turn of the second and biggest challenge against Australia i.e. day-night test. The second match is to be played in Adelaide, in which the pink ball will be used. Team India does not have much experience in this, hence this match is considered very difficult. However, there is still about 1 week left for this match. Before that a big news has come out. Due to which Indian cricket lovers will be happy but Australia’s tension will increase.

Shubman Gill healthy!

Before the Pink Ball Test, Rohit Sharma’s team will play a two-day day-night practice match against Australia’s Prime Minister’s XI. The players have reached Canberra for the matches to be held on 30 November and 1 December. Meanwhile, Shubman Gill, who plays at number 3 for Team India, was seen practicing. He could not participate in the Perth Test due to a toe injury. According to media reports, he has now completely recovered from the injury. The bandage on his thumb has been completely removed

Apart from throwing down in the nets, Gill also batted against the team’s fast bowlers Akash Deep, Harshit Rana and Yash Dayal. His return will be very important for Team India. Because he has been batting at number 3 for a long time. Apart from this, he also has experience of batting in Australia. Gill scored 259 runs in 3 matches in Australia at an average of 51, which included 2 half-centuries. In Gill’s absence, Devdutt Padikkal took his place.

Will Gill play the practice match?

Shubman Gill was seen batting during the net session of the Indian team, but there is no update on whether he will take part in the day-night practice match or not. However, there is every possibility that he will play in the match to be held in Adelaide. The Indian team will practice in Canberra on 29 November. After this, two-day matches will be played against Prime Minister’s XI on 30 November and 1 December before leaving for Adelaide on 2 December.
