The PSTET 2024 test will be administered by the Punjab School Education Board on December 1, 2024. The PSTET admit card is now accessible on the PSEB PSTET official website, pstet.pseb.ac.in. Read below to know the exam pattern and a list of prohibited items in the exam hall.

How to download?

-Visit the official website of PSEB PSTET at pstet.pseb.ac.in.
-On the home page, click the link for the PSTET 2024 admission card.
-Candidates must input their login information on a new page that opens.
-After you click “submit,” your admit card will appear.
-Download the page and review the admission card.
-Save a hard copy of it in case you need it later.

-The candidate needs to provide their photo ID and admit card, which includes a scanned photo and signature, in order to access the testing facility.

-If a candidate’s admit card does not have a scanned photo, he or she will place the photo there and have the principal of the government senior secondary school or a gazette officer verify it.

Exam pattern

The exam is divided into two papers: Paper I for classes I-V and Paper II for classes VI-VIII. Candidates can choose to appear for either or both papers. The exam duration is 2.5 hours for each paper, and the questions are multiple-choice based. The exam pattern includes sections on child development and pedagogy, language I and II, mathematics, environmental studies, and social studies. Candidates must score at least 60% to qualify, and there is no negative marking.

Do not carry these things on the exam day:

For PSTET 2024, candidates are not allowed to carry the following items inside the examination hall:

– Mobile phones, pagers, or any other electronic devices

– Calculators, watches, or any other type of clock

– Bags, purses, or any other type of luggage

– Books, notes, or any other study materials

– Pens, pencils, or any other writing instruments (except those provided by the exam center)

– Food or drinks

– Any type of paper or document, except the admit card and valid ID proof

Candidates found carrying any of these items may be disqualified from the exam. It is essential to follow the instructions provided by the exam authorities to avoid any inconvenience.
