Saharsa, 28 November (Hindustan Reporter). Nitish Mishra has been selected and sent to Bihar State Sports Authority as the team manager on behalf of Bihar team in the 68th National School Football Under-17 Boys Competition to be held in Jammu and Kashmir from 30 November to 4 December 2024. Nitish Mishra is known from Saharsa district. -He has been a renowned football player. After his Honors studies, he did B.P.Ed. and M.P.Ed. and obtained a Diploma in Football in the field of Sports Training. At present Nitish Mishra is working as a physical education and health instructor in Jail Colony Middle School. Nitish Mishra has made continuous efforts to promote football in Saharsa for many years.
District Sports Association Secretary Roshan Singh Dhoni said that Nitish Mishra, traveling from Ekadha village of Navhatta block located in Koshi basin, has today represented the Bihar football team as the team manager. Nitish Mishra is the youngest among 4 siblings. Nitish Mishra’s father was Lord Mishra and mother was Munni Devi, who was a devotee of Goddess Bhagwati located in the Rakta Kali temple, and this was the beginning of his life’s journey. There was not a very good environment for sports at home, yet Nitish made football his life partner. And on the basis of football, he studied B.P.Ed. and M.P.Ed. and then did NIS from football.
