Nawada, 28 November (Hindustan Reporter). Nawada Police has busted a robbery gang on Thursday. This gang used to target the people withdrawing money from the bank and loot their money. Police have caught 4 members of the gang with loot worth lakhs of rupees. All the robbers are said to be from Jajpur and Ganjam districts of Odisha.
Let us tell you that recently a youth had lodged a complaint of theft of Rs 3 lakh taken from the bank from the trunk of his bike in Parnadabar police station of the district. Meanwhile, Parnadabar police station has registered a case and arrested four accused involved in the case. Police have arrested all the accused from Fatehpur in Gaya district. The vicious robbers have told the police that they first do recce of the people withdrawing money from the bank and then, seeing the opportunity, commit the robbery.
In this case, the police have arrested four miscreants including the liner involved in the incident. The police have recovered the stolen Rs 2 lakh 85 thousand. All the robbers were caught by Nawada police – Kavadi Charanjeev, son of Kavadi Mahesh, resident of Purvo Got, Korai police station area of Jajpur district of Odisha, Ajay Das, son of Vijay Das, Shankar Rao, son of Ishu Rao of Panchan Chowk of Sorada police station area of Ganjam district and T Markonda, son of T Lakshman Das is included. The police have sent all the robbers to jail.
