Mumbai, 27 November (HS). The police has arrested the accused who instigated a female pilot to commit suicide in Andheri. The team of Powai Police Station is thoroughly interrogating Aditya Pandit (27).
Powai Police Station Senior Police Inspector Jitendra Sonawane said on Wednesday that Srishti Tuli (25) was a pilot in a private airline. His body was found hanging from a fan in a flat in Andheri on November 25. As soon as the information was received, the police recovered the body of the female pilot and sent it to Rajwadi Hospital in Ghatkopar for post-mortem. The post mortem report confirmed that the female pilot died due to suffocation. After this, after interrogating the relatives and acquaintances of the female pilot, the police arrested the woman’s boyfriend Aditya Pandit. Jitendra Sonawane told that the accused is also a pilot and was in contact with Srishti about three years ago. After this both were in a live-in relationship. Intensive investigation of this matter is going on.
