He first reached the newly constructed Boys Hostel and took stock of the situation around and inside the building. Took stock of electricity and water system and found it to be fine. After this the Vice Chancellor inspected two hostels built for girl students. Instructions were given to maintain cleanliness there also. Seeing the garbage spread there after using the university campus for election work, he gave instructions to clean it immediately. Some of the gardeners serving in the university were immediately asked to clean the playground. PTI Uttam Kumar and gym instructor Raja Nandan were given the responsibility of ensuring cleanliness. The Vice Chancellor also reviewed the deployment of security guards at all the places. He took seriously the fact that the duty charts of the security guards have not yet been provided and ordered to make them available as soon as possible.
