- 2 cups white oil,
- 2 cups jaggery,
- Ghee 2 tbsp.
How to make sesame seeds into chiku
- – First of all, roast sesame seeds in a pan on low flame on gas.
- – Now heat ghee in the same pan, add jaggery in it, melt the jaggery on full gas and prepare the syrup.
- – Now after the syrup is ready, add sesame seeds to it and mix.
- – Now apply oil in a plate and spread prepared sesame seeds on it.
- After a few minutes, cut it into square pieces with a knife and serve.
