Meanwhile, a huge amount of gulal fell on his aarti plate from the crane, which caused a fire.
Defeated both NCP candidates
Then a fire broke out in which Shivaji Patil and some women also got burnt. Independent candidate Shivaji Patil was competing against NCP Ajit Pawar and NCP Sharad Pawar on Chandgarh Assembly seat, but he won the election by 24134 votes, giving a crushing defeat to the candidates of both the parties. Rajesh Patil of Ajit Pawar’s party NCP stood second.
