Railways asked for information
The official handle of the railway service immediately responded to the post. Asked for travel information from Jitesh.-Please share your travel details (PNR/UTS number) and mobile number through DM, so that your complaint can be processed immediately.
Suspicion increased due to not sharing information
Despite repeated appeals by the Railways, Jitesh did not provide any information. Due to this, questions were raised on the veracity of his story on social media.

Someone wrote- If a woman is traveling in a reserved coach without a confirmed reservation then it is against the law, being a husband you should book the ticket on time. While another said, ‘What an irresponsible person you are!’ You could not even reserve a seat for your wife and are blaming the Railway Ministry.
