19 December Thursday – (Goa Liberation Day) Bank closed in Goa

Sunday 22nd December – Weekly holiday

24 December Tuesday – (Guru Teg Bahadur Martyrdom Day and Christmas Eve) Banks closed in Mizoram, Meghalaya, Punjab and Chandigarh.

Wednesday 25 December – ( Christmas ) All bank holidays

Thursday 26 December – (Boxing Day and Kwanzaa) All Bank Holidays

28 December Saturday – Fourth Saturday, all bank holidays

Sunday 29th December – Weekly holiday

30th December Monday – (Tamu Losar) Bank closed in Sikkim

Tuesday, December 31 – New Year’s Eve – Bank closed in Mizoram
