Hazaribagh, 23 November (Hindustan Reporter). 356 new constables of Border Security Force attended the convocation ceremony on Saturday at R. Jhansi Parade Ground of Border Security Force, Assistant Training Centre, Meru Hazaribagh. Soldiers from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka and other places came to the parade.
All the soldiers have completed basic training after 44 weeks of hard work, dedication and devotion and participated in the convocation parade. Kamaljit Singh Banyal, Inspector General, Assistant Training Center and Training Center and School, Border Security Force, Hazaribagh took the salute of the convocation parade as the chief guest. Addressing the soldiers as chief guest, Kamaljit Singh Banyal said that after today’s convocation parade, they have formally become important members of the Border Security Force, which is the first line of defense of India.
On this occasion, senior officials of the district administration, public representatives and other officials of the institute and the families of the new constables were present.
