Maharashtra Election Result 2024: In the trends of Maharashtra elections 2024, the BJP led Mahayuti alliance has touched the majority mark. Whereas Mahavikas is seen behind the Aghadi alliance. According to the Election Commission, trends for 267 seats have been declared. Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajwadi Party also seems to be doing wonders in Maharashtra. Results will come on 288 assembly seats
BJP is leading on 111 seats while Congress is leading on only 19 seats. While Shinde is leading on 58 seats, Shiv Sena-Uddhav are leading on 18 seats. Samajwadi Party also seems to be opening its account in Maharashtra. SP candidates are leading on two seats in Maharashtra.
SP can open account
Akhilesh Yadav’s SP can also open its account in Maharashtra. SP leader Abu Asim Azmi is leading from Mankhurd Shivaji Nagar assembly seat. His rival and powerful NCP leader Nawab Malik is left behind on this seat. Meanwhile, in Bhiwandi East assembly seat, SP leader Raees Kasam Shaikh is leading, while Shiv Sena-Shinde candidate Santosh Shetty is lagging behind.
How many seats has which party got so far?
Counting of votes is going on for 288 seats of Maharashtra Assembly. The Election Commission has so far declared the trends of 277 seats. In this, BJP is leading on 116 seats, Shiv Sena-Shinde on 56 seats, NCP-Ajit Pawar on 35 seats, Congress on 22 seats, Shiv Sena-Uddhav on 20 seats, NCP-Sharad Pawar on 10 seats. Whereas candidates of Samajwadi Party, Jan Suraj Shakti and AIMIM are leading on two seats each.
