Jammu, 23 November (HS). Seven people were injured in a road accident on Saturday at Myari bridge in Katra area of Udhampur district of Jammu division.
Officials said that a bus with registration number JK-02BB-2577 going from Katra towards Jammu overturned on Mayari bridge, injuring seven people. All the injured have been immediately taken to CHC Katra for treatment.
The injured were identified as Darshana Devi, wife of Bansi Lal (45), resident of Serli Katra, Kanta Devi (62), wife of Krishna Chand, resident of Serli Katra, Sudesh Kumari (62), wife of Gyan Chand, resident of Serli Katra, M.sha Devi (27), daughter of Balbir Singh, resident of Maghal Katra. , Radhika (23) daughter of Bishan Das resident of Kadmal Katra, Jugal son of Bansi Lal resident of Serli Katra and R. Devi (42) wife of Lieutenant Puran Chand resident of Serli Katra.
Police have registered a case in this regard and have started further investigation.
