Stating that war could break out between Russia and Western countries, including the US, these leaflets also tell citizens how to preserve food and arrange for drinking water. Also, while giving instructions to take shelter in bunkers, it has been said that those bunkers may not be able to provide complete protection against nuclear war, but they can definitely provide partial protection.
It is well known that in the Russia-Ukraine war, Biden has lifted the ban on the use of US-supplied long-range missiles against Russia, allowing Kiev to strike deep into Russia with those missiles .
