Ranchi, 20 November (HS). Additional Chief Electoral Officer Dr. Neha Arora said that voting has started from 07 am for 38 assembly constituencies for the second phase of assembly elections. All polling stations in this phase are being monitored through webcasting of CCTV cameras.
He said that all the booths have cameras installed inside and outside, which are being monitored from the level of District Headquarters, Chief Electoral Officer Office and Election Commission of India. The process of mock poll is being started at all the polling stations.
