In such a situation, to conduct fair and fearless elections, 63 teams of FST and 63 teams of SST, including 16 check posts of Dhanbad district, are continuously running a strict investigation campaign by traveling in the entire district. In this series, the Static Surveillance Team recovered Rs 1 lakh in cash from a Mahindra pickup van in Chirkunda police station area at 9 am on Tuesday.
In this regard, Deputy Commissioner Madhavi Mishra said that this morning the vehicles were being checked by the static surveillance team at Barakar River check post of Chirkunda police station area. During investigation, a Mahindra pickup number (WB 37 D 6008) entering Jharkhand from Asansol in West Bengal was detected. During the investigation, one lakh rupees cash was recovered from the vehicle.
