Balwant Singh Rajoana, the main accused in the murder case of former Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh, has been allowed to attend the last rites of his brother. The High Court has given provisional parole for three hours.
Parole timings will be from 11 am to 2 pm. Let us tell you that Rajoana’s elder brother Kulwant Singh died in Canada on November 4.
